Desperate times...

The only way we make it through 2 doctor appointments per week.

Fishies

It's become our nightly ritual to take a walk to our neighboring condo complex, which has an intricate maze of coy ponds that back up to each of the units. Every time we go, Keaton acts like it is the first time he's ever seen "the fishies!" Oh, to be so easily entertained...

7 Years

Scott and I celebrate 7 years of marriage together today! I'm so thankful to God for my amazing husband who is my faithful rock and loves me much more than I deserve.

On Saturday night, some good friends offered to watch Keaton so we could go out and celebrate. We had dinner at Top of Waikiki, a fancy schmancy rotating restaurant at the top of an office building in Waikiki. We were there right as the sun set, so we got to experience the beautiful views of the ocean as well as the amazing views of downtown Honolulu once the sun went down. It was a very fun and romantic dinner! After dinner, we walked around Waikiki for awhile and explored the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. The picture of me is at the RH with our restaurant in the background.

My Mall Rat

Who needs Disneyworld when you have Windward Mall right across the street? Rides, live animals, and overpriced toys - all within walking distance from our house! Oh yeah, did I mention no lines??

They have a great play area that Keaton absolutely loves!

Here he is playing with train table in the toy store. I have to drag him away every time. I know they are going to kick us out soon if we don't actually BUY something!

Riding Thomas - 75cents and a straight minute and a half of pure entertainment!

Pet Shop - "Look, Mama! Chihuahuas!"
They can kick me out if they want - I am definitely NOT buying anything!!

Sea Life Park

This morning, Keaton's buddy, Lucas and his mommy, Karen invited us to go to Sea Life Park with them. Sea Life Park is basically a very watered down (no pun intended) version of Sea World with a decent selection of sea animals (enough to thoroughly impress two two-year olds), and totally AMAZING views of the Windward coast of Oahu.

If you have seen the movie 50 First Dates, you may recognize the park because much of the movie was filmed there on location.

Thanks to Karen and Lucas for the morning out and this very cool and uniquely Hawaiian experience. Keaton is still talking about those funny dancing sea lions!
